DRACULA’S KISS COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS
– 1 part vodka
– 1/2 part grenadine
– 5 part FIZZ UP CHERRY COLA
-maraschino cherries with stems,
for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
In a tall glass full of ice, pour in vodka and grenadine.

Slowly pour FIZZ UP CHERRY COLA over ice, filling to taste or to the rim of the glass. If possible, avoid stirring the drink too much before serving; the red coloring that pools at the bottom is what helps give this drink the “Dracula” theme. Garnish cocktail with two cherries (like two “puncture marks”) and serve with a stirring straw.

VIRGIN MOJITO

INGREDIENTS
– 1 tbsp sugar
– small bunch mint
– 3 limes, juiced
FIZZ UP LIME MINT

INSTRUCTIONS
Muddle the sugar with leaves from the mint using a pestle and mortar (or use a small
bowl and the end of a rolling pin).

Put a handful of crushed ice into 2 tall glasses. Divide the lime juice between the glasses
with the mint mix.

Add a straw and top up with FIZZUP LIME MINT.

Coconut & pineapple cooler

INGREDIENTS
– 300ml rum
– 600ml FIZZ UP PINEAPPLE COCONUT
– 150ml gin
– 6 small chunks pineapple
– 12 coriander sprigs
– Grated coconut
– 6 x 324ml screw-top jam jars with lids
– ice bucket filled with ice

INSTRUCTIONS
Put 50ml rum, 100ml IFIZZ UP PINEAPPLE COCONUT, 25ml gin and 3/4 ice cubes into each jam jar.
Stir, then garnish each one with a piece of pineapple, a couple of coriander sprigs andsome grated coconut, squeezing the leaves a little bit first before dropping them into the jars to help release the flavour. Screw on the lids and chill or set in ice buckets until needed – they will keep well for 4-6 hrs.
